day +72

Tuesday night I finished watching the film, Miami Vice, directed by Michael Mann. In this film as in both Heat and Collateral, I marveled at Mann's cinematic genius in urban nocturnal scenes. I, however, enjoyed Heat and Collateral more.

This morning I went back to Sloan as planned for another blood test. This time my Creatinine level was 1.2, which is normal, so all looks well. I suspect that the abnormally high Creatinine level reported on Monday was due to either the Tacrolimus or Sirolimus. My WBC, HGB, and platelets were all fine too.

BTW, here are two interesting articles. One about risk of staph infections at the gym: Staph at the Gym? Not if You're Careful

And the other one is about Washoe, a chimpanzee which learned to use American Sign Language: Washoe, a Chimp of Many Words, Dies at 42
