8/10

I had the PET scan at 9am followed by my appointment with the cardiologist, Dr. Michelle Johnson, at 1pm. The point of seeing Dr. Johnson was for her to review my history of WPW (Wolf-Parkinson-White), so that the transplant team would have a full record of this cardiac issue if something were to cause alarm during my transplant stay.

I met Su later that afternoon. This was the first time we saw each other in a little over two weeks. My feverish effort to take care of all the tasks before admittance coupled with her bout against strep throat resulted in this two-week absence. But it was really great to see one another. We spent that evening together and most of the weekend as well. Friday night we watched The Bourne Ultimatum and ate at Prem-On Thai.
