cord blood and bmt transplants at loyola

In my search for more information about Dr. Patrick Stiff at Loyola, I found the article, Umbilical Cord Blood Transplants, Bone Marrow Transplants Save Lives in which Dr. Stiff discusses how cord blood transplants, in particular, have proven to be a wonderful hope for patients at Loyola.

I am in the third year of being cancer free after recieving a stem cell transplant from Dr Stiff. This was to fight a relapse of non-hodgkins large cell lymphoma. He has the knowledge and leading edge treatments that one needs to deal with cancer. I am glad to see that he continues to champion new ideas in umbilical cord stem cells and the harvesting/growing of stem cells for use in stem cell transplants. Glad I have hooked up with him.

Hi friend,

I'm very pleased to know that you're 3 years free of cancer. Dr. Stiff seems to be one of the best. I look forward to meeting him in a few weeks at Loyola.

Thanks for sharing a bit of experience.

Wishing you continued success,
Duane
