thanks dr. roberts

In addition to seeing Dr. Guyer, I also had my last appointment with my pyschologist, Dr. Roberts, today. The last time we met he recommended that I read Mind at Ease: Self-Liberation through Mahamudra Meditation by Traleg Kyabgon, so that at today's session we could discuss some of the author's points concerning the impermanence of human life and its preciousness, the universality of suffering, and a few other themes, which we have discussed together continuously throughout these past months. Unfortunately, I didn't find the necessary time to read the book, but I have a copy of it which I plan to read at some point. Next week in Chicago when I have little to do other than setting up my place and registering for classes, I'm sure I'll have some down time during which I will be able to read Mind at Ease and a few other books that I had hoped to finish by now.

Dr. Roberts offered sessions via phone if I needed any. Don't hesitate to call if I need to discuss an issue he told me warmly.
