holy mackerel

I have yet another NYT article to add, which I forgot earlier. Titled Holy Mackerel and Other Guilt-Free Fish it reviews some of the lesser-known fish such as mackerel, which are excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids and free of the environmental/pesticide concerns that other fish like tuna and salomen share. I love to eat and prepare fish, so this interesting article about mackerel, a fish I have never eaten except as a part of sashimi or sushi, was most informative about just one of the many dozens and dozens of fish which I could learn more about.
