chicken six ways

About 15 minutes ago, I returned home from The Inn, a lovely bed & breakfast hotel, where The New School holds it culinary courses. This evening from 6:30-10pm I was there learning how to prepare chicken six different ways. We roasted, baked, broiled, sauted chicken a variety of ways. The class was divided into groups and the group that I was in prepared Chicken Breast with Black Bean and Corn Salsa, which came out well I think, although I preferred a few of the other recipes that I tasted at the conclusion of the class.

In July, I'll take a culinary tour of Arthur Avenue, the famous Little Italy of the Bronx.
