survey for young adults with cancer

I took a couple of minutes out of my day to fill-out an interesting new survey. The Lymphoma Research Foundation in partnership with several other organizations is conducting a survey of young adults who had or have cancer. I was most interested in it, because it addressed the wide variety of concerns (medical, social, financial, emotional, etc.) of a demographic group, in which I find myself now. Unfortunately, I haven't heard or read much information about my peers who are battling cancer. I'm sure, however, that there are hundreds of stories out there. Hopefully, this survey will shed some meaningful insight into this important group.
