stamina

I didn't do much today other than meet up with Ben, his father, and Sharon for lunch at a Korean restaurant in the East Village. Afterwards, Ben and I walked through Chinatown and Little Italy, where we bought a few pasteries from a Italian bakery. When I returned home, I became quite tired after a few hours. I think all the walking I did both yesterday and today caught up with me and my body was letting me know. Its at moments like these that my body reminds me that my stamina level isn't the same as before. The fatigue itself can be quite strong during these moments too.

I have no plans tomorrow. I'll stay home.

Hi Duane,
My daughter, 10 at the time, was also diagnosed in 03, Sept. of 03. I was just reading your comments and wanted to say "hi"to you. She was a 4Bér, hers was in her lungs. Her stamina comes and goes, but is getting better, a little bit at a time. I wish the best for you. Keep fighting, and keep the faith.
God loves you,
Your HL family in Ohio!

Hey Duane,

Hang tough man. I'm also battling Hodgkin's and can relate to how you are feeling. Keep thhe faith and keep strong. I'll keep up with your progress with your blog. I've found keeping my blog updated helps me to express to others how I feel.

Be Strong,

Ken Smith

To my HL family in Ohio:

I can't start to imagine what it must be like for a 10 year old to battle this. Thinking about it leaving me speechless. I bet she's a tough girl. Has she finished treatment and is in recovery now? I wish you and your family the absolute best of success. Please keep me posted if possible.

Best wishes,
Duane
