WBC: 0.3; Hgb: 9.1; platelets: 22

Today was most relaxing. I watched some of the snowstorm coverage on tv and a bit of the political morning shows. Afterwards, I caught up on the news from newspapers from the week before updating my blog for awhile. Then, I flipped through some amazing reproductions of landscape paintings found in Hudson River School: Masterworks from the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art and Frederic Church.

Hi Duane,

Just wanted to let you know that I've been reading your blog and following your progress in the past month. Winter is not as snowy as it used to be in the past few years in Chicago, but I've heard in the East Coast you've had quite a lot of your share of it for this winter:)

Here's the old Turkish saying/wish for the day: May your future days in this life be so beautiful that they make the past ones jealous!

Sending you greetings from Chicago, and also wishing you a happy Valentine's day!!
