BMT cruise

Diane, my nurse during the night shift, told me about an annual cruise usually in July or August around Manhattan that is organized by the hospital for its BMT patients. She asked if I knew about it and I didn't. I had no clue. She went on to say that all former BMT patients at the hospital are welcomed in addition to their families, the doctors, and nursing staff. Last year, there were 200 - 300 people on the BMT cruise. It's a survivorship blast! How cool! I guess this is something that I'll have forward to look to when I'm out of here and have put this behind me.

Hi Duane, I am so glad you stopped by my blog. I had no idea that so many people would love that last post, I am just so happy to be feeling good and wanted to share it! So, yes, feel free to pass it on.

I hope you don't feel too crummy with the high dose chemo, etc. and that your BMT really beats this cancer into submission. :) I will bookmark your blog as well. Keep fighting the good fight!
